Shop till you drop: Huge vintage clothing market is coming to Toronto

0

When it comes to fashion, what happens comes back. And this Toronto vintage market is back this month with a showroom filled with one-of-a-kind pieces from different eras.

After a two-year hiatus, TO Vintage Show returned last spring and is back at the Queen Elizabeth Building, Exhibition Place September 24-25.

“Antique dealers fill their inventory all summer long so buyers can expect plenty of quality, freshly found pieces at auctions and estate sales at the show,” said show manager Catherine Knoll.

Can’t get enough of 90s looks? Here, you’ll likely find an incredible array of vintage denim like Levi’s and Wrangler, as well as unique hoodies, t-shirts, and trucker caps from vendors like Adawegamig.

Shop from over 100 local vendors who will showcase fashion and accessories from the 20s through to the 80s.

Items on sale will include vintage lingerie, sweaters, deadstock 1950s bras, cowboy boots and western clothing, streetwear, boyfriend jackets, wedding dresses, 1930s loungewear, parkas, varsity and leather jackets, men’s trench coats, designer luggage from Gucci and Louis Vuitton, and more.

And it’s not just fashion.

The Antiques and Vintage Market will run alongside the TO Vintage Show so you can spruce up your space with mid-century pieces, rattan furniture, colored Pyrex glassware, barware, vintage advertisements, vinyl records and even Spice Girls memorabilia.

No matter what era you’re in, chances are you’ll find something to please your vintage-loving heart.
